No response to RMA

I raised 2 or 3 new RMA's last weekend. I got prompt responses to everything except for a faulty Gigabyte S939 motherboard one I raised. I don't keep notes of the query numbers but was expecting to hear back at the same time for all my queries.

Any ideas what's happening?
