Delayed due to no stock but showing in stock?

I placed an order over the weekend including a Silverstone SST-PP01 ATX PSU Cable Extension Adaptor Kit LN10422 which was out of stock at the time but was in stock yesterday and is showing in stock today.

I received an email last night saying the item was out of stock and would not be in until 24th Jan.

Can someone clarify please?

The system is showing that there are currently -3 of these.

There might have been a small stock descrepancy on this as I have had an issue like this in the past with this cable.

At the present time we do not have any update but I have alerted purchasing to the fact we need these.

This item is still showing no stock. I recently purchased a Silverstone TJ07B (Black) Aluminum Supertower Case from Scan and, after assembling the computer, was left needing the SST-PP01 ATX PSU Cable Extension Adaptor Kit LN10422 rather urgently. I had to order it from another supplier who has let me down. It cannot be difficult or expensive to hold a buffer stock of these cables.

I put in the ref. (snipped for security); put in Customer ref. (I assume the order no.) and it tells me that the Job no. does not exist!

Anybody know why, please?

Thanks Lucio - my fault, as I was just a bit too quick. The track came up less than an hour later.
Mind you, an 4 hours after the delivery the parcel is still 'on the van', so no good for knowing when it'll arrive (this would be v. useful, as it'd save staying in if the delivery is due for pm. Perhaps Scan could suggest it to Citylink).
