    Pcworld Business

Guys i wanted to know if anyone has ever ordered from pcworld business?
Basically they have the Crucial Ballistix and I would rather get it anywhere else than ocuk (everyone has scared me away from them). But i would like to know what their RMA and aftersales service is like? PCWorld is a huge company (i think i read quite a while ago that they own dixon and currys) so im thinking their service is good but not sure which is where you lot come in

If you have bought anything from them AND have had to RMA something please can you tell me how their service was like

    Thanks

We use PCWB quite a lot at work as we have an account and often it is just easier, even if they are a few £ more expensive than other places.

Pretty sire we have had to return things, but i can't think there has been any particular problems.

PCWorld, Curry's, Curry's.Digital and Dixons.com and all owned by DSG (Formerly Dixons Stores Group, now just DSG). I think they own stuff in France too.

From what i understand, when you need to RMA Crucial memory, you contact them directly. They are also very good with 48 hour RMA period (based in Scotland IIRC).
