I'm another on the list of ex-OcUK customers, granted it's been a few years now but I've managed to stay true to my refusal to give them anymore money.
I'll not bother with the story as it's long over, but I will say I got the whole saying one thing on the phone, then get an e-mail saying something differnt.
Always felt like the people who man the phones and thoes who answers the webmail never communicate with each other.
