Thats a fine temp at full load, sure push it.
Maybe get yourself a good second hand HSF... Ive had two Aero 7's fora grand total of £20 inc.

When you smell something burning, about 5 degrees cooler.
So I shouldn't push it passed 55?

Seriously though, most people like to keep a load temp of under 50, so that is what you should aim for.

That's what I'm aiming for, but I think it's my ram holding me back
Even if i did overheat for whatever reason, i set my BIOS to shut down at 60 degrees.
