    Not sure if anyone else is getting it or not but page isn't loading for me :/ just constantly loading? All other news articles are fine though.

    I hate to be a spoilsport, but before doing stuff like this, could they actually use the revenue from stamps to enable letters to be delivered on time for a change?

    Unless I'm missing something this is just a stamp with a picture on right? They then use image recognition in a mobile phone app to do all the 'intelligent' stuff. So really just a totally normal stamp...
