N95 - what cool stuff can i do?!

Just inherited an N95 from my brothers girlfriend, all sorted with my orange sim card and ready to go.

In the past i've basically just used a phone as a phone really - occasionally taken a couple of snaps or video, or played a simple game, however, I get the impression this baby has some pretty advanced features I could take advantage of.

Already found the PDF reader on it, which is a result

So... N95 owners - any recommendation of cool things I can do on it, links to useful applications / games etc?

(Not overly bothered about themes though)

Loads of stuff.. You can put tomtom on it which is pretty good. The built in sat nav is abysmal. You can use wireless to browse internet.

Search for n95 apps on google.

You should try coreplayer, it allows you to watch videos on your phone but you may have to convert your video into a supported format and size. It also allows you to watch youtube on your phone via an internet connection. I used to do this with a wifi connection in bed when having difficulty sleeping just logon to youtube and watch something there. Must say though that coreplayer is not free, but there are other ways if you want to give it a try before you buy.

When I had that phone I also used emtube a lot, it is a youtube player but it was very easy to use and you could save video to your phone for viewing offline. However, a few months ago it stopped working and the creator hadnt updated it for months after that. Not sure whats happening with it now.

RotateMe is something else I used to use - it rotates the screen according to how you hold it, horizontally or vertically by using the n95's accelerometer.

These forums have some cool stuff on them also: http://www.n95users.com/forum/general-95/
    No......Not without incident.

Sussed out the wireless internet yesterday - that's pretty cool that it uses wifi and doesn't rely on the mobile plan.

Ill check out the N95 users link - thanks for that

I'd check out updating the firmware to the latest v30 before doing too much with it. This has built in auto rotation as well as lots of other improvements depending on which firmware you currently have.
