Re: iPhone on O2 is unlimited data usage?

    Our fair use policy:

No hidden charges or run on rates at all. Ever.

Our fair use policy allows usage from 3GB to 10GB per month, depending on your price plan, which is more than most people will ever need.

Here at T-Mobile, we understand that everyone goes over their limits sometimes, so if you exceed your price plan's fair use amount we promise not to sneak extra charges onto your bill.

Other mobile networks charge sky-high run-on rates, which would burn a serious hole in your pocket. We won't charge you anything, which makes our plans fantastic value.
They even let you use skype/VOIP on certain tariffs..

The only reason I don't use them for the failover is because there's rubbish reception at my house for tmobile 3g - 3 is about the only decent connection..

When I got my Kaiser with Web'n'Walk a year or so ago the guy in the t-mobile store said they were pretty lax about the FUP. They would send you a polite letter asking you to please not download so much, then next month send you another one. Then they would tell you they are bumping you to the next tarrif up if you continue.

OF course thats not official and may have changed in the past year
