well it £429 and not likely to drop much anytime soon..but its also only £500 for an iphone 4, so not much difference and then you get another iphone (no need to re-purchase all your apps....).

If you want to sell that 3Gs, try mazumamobile instead of CPW - they are offering £200 for it, so get an extra £20

i checked the mazumamobile and they are offering 200 but thats for the 16gb i have the 8gb.. so cpw is a good option as i can just walk in to any store and get the cash no fuss of posting etc..

not worth moving to the iphon34 i dont see enough benefit..

if you enjoy customizing, configuring, having control over your phone go android, if you like letting your phone do all the work, letting you phone decide everything keep the 3gs.

thats my thought, i love android so much more mainly because i guess i hate being "locked in" via itunes, and not able to control my device how i want it.

htc desire user here, battery life on iphone im not sure about but as long as you disable internet when not in use it lasts a very long time + other apps i.e tasks managers, keeping the phone "clean" can also help.

iphone battery is ok, ive got used to it.. lasts over a full day! (unless your using the tomtom) i disable wifi / Bluetooth when im not using it but i leave 3g on..

ive read that the nexus has battery on par with a blackberry which (if true!!???) is pretty decent teh same review did go on to say he wasnt sure if that was due to the power management of 2.3 or the hardware!?

Running 2.2, Battery lasts over a day usually, I turn 3G off when it's not being used by the touch of a button. Really good phone.

I've always liked the idea of getting an android phone (I'd never get an iPhone as they're far too expensive and limiting for my tastes) but didn't know if I'd like it / use its features etc. so I got an orange san fransisco for £100 from argos (pay as you go), unlocked it (just needs a website lookup) and put android 2.2 on it. Still not sure if I'm that taken by it to be honest but for £100 I didn't mind taking the gamble. It does feel a bit slow at times (although it can be overclocked) but it's great that I can quickly check the internet / email etc. without the need to boot up my computer. Definatley going to keep it, just need to switch networks to one that has a decent priced data rate.

I needed up selling my iPhone and buying HTC desire which I'm typing on atm!

Thoughts so far is its great phone will be Evan better when I load a custom Rom so I've read! I'll add more thoughts a bit later on!!
