Just been looking into this, wouldn't mind a invite if anyone has one going spare later on, would be a nice upgrade for my aging S3.

    Re: OnePlus One

I just bought the Sandstone Black 64gb, so I should have some invites when they trickle my way.

Does anyone know how long postage to the UK takes if I chose the more expensive "express delivery" option?

I ordered mine late Wednesday and it arrived on the Saturday morning, so they are pretty quick, I'd guess if you ordered express today then it'd probably arrive Saturday (unless they next-day it).

Mines just downloading the 38R incremental update that's supposed to improve battery life even more (amongst other things). As for the camera issue, I've downloaded the google camera app from play store and it gives slightly better results than the built-in cyanogen one (specially in HDR).

I've got one of these, honestly fab phone - great battery life - and without doubt prefer it to my S4

As soon as my invites drop in I will share.

    Re: OnePlus One

I'm on 38R now with AK kernel loaded as well - not to enter smug mode too much but battery life is absolutely obscene - i'm currently at 68%
That 32% has lasted me 1day 2 hours with 1hr 40 mins of screen on time.
I do various profile-based things to reduce battery drain and use Greenify but that is still ridiculously good.

Since going off charge this morning around 7am, 2 hours of streaming music over H+ and an OTA update, I'm on 92%. My old phone would be down to about 65% by now.

I got the email at 9.27PM, I don't want to hold on to it, I'll put it here for whoever gets to it first (Sorry guys on the list!), I'll at least replace some characters to stop most scripts just pulling it out

    Re: OnePlus One

got mine a couple weeks ago, if I get given invites I shall offer some here .

Love the phone so far, battery life is great and the only real issue is the size as coming from a Nexus 5 it was a big change (I sidestepped and sold my N5 for £20 less than this phone!). Cant fault it, love every detail about it but if it was something id change it would be to to make the capacitive buttons in line with the Google standard (back, home, recents). I found that my signal took a dive when switching phones and was really concerned but I edited my build.prop and turned off fast dormancy and it seems to have fixed all my issues, this is on the Three network in Plymouth with 4G, everywhere that I had 4g on the N5 seems to be working on the OPO so I am fairly certain at the moment they're not using the 800Mhz band, shame that 4G doesnt cover the whole of Plymouth yet though as it ends just outside my house , hoping 800Mhz isnt used to expand this area!

    Re: OnePlus One

Mine's being delivered today. Sandstone Black with black flip case, so I should also be providing invites when I get them.

I think I'll work through the thread and see who was first in line that hasn't got one and PM them. Seems fairest. Please don't be greedy and ask for a second invite off me if you already have one though, as it would seem to be against the friendly nature of this thread. I think that would work best as then we have more new owners and therefore more invites to share around. ☺

I came from a Galaxy S2 so the capacitive buttons are "right" for me.

Seems like the phone and the black flip case is a popular combo - I've also got a screen protector on mine - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Orzly%C2%AE-...tempered+glass . I absolutely hate plastic screen protectors but these are made of glass and I honestly don't know it's there. Bit pricey (£10) but might save you a £150+ replacement screen, or at the least some annoying scuffs, down the line.

I much prefer the way they are on the OPO as opposed to Google way of doing it as the first android phone I got was Samsung and even now on my xperia I still press the wrong button!
