Mobile for under £100

I currently have an i-mate JAM and looking to sell it as its a bit bulky and the bluetooth headphone support is really poor (what I need most) What I am looking for is a decent phone, pref. brand new (2nd hand from shop/fleabay will be okay too), unlocked or locked to Vodafone (my current carrier) with a camera and excellent bluetooth headset support (I have a Jabra BT250, so it must work with that)

I have not really been "into" phones so I dont really know whats good and whats not, hoping you lot can give me some suggestions!

the link had the k700i on vodaphone for around 70-80 quid the other week dunno if that would do
