    .avi to DVD Conversion Software

I am looking to write .avi files to DVD so I van view / play them on my domestic DVD player / TV.

There seem to be several software options (e.g ConvertXtoDVD), so I am just looking for some recommendations of good 'uns.
Try to make each and every day the best it can be.

45 mins total.... that is pretty quick . I converted and burned two episodes of Heros using the free DVD Flick last night ... worked OK (although through up some errors at the 90% stage of the verification process) but took nearly 2 hours in total for aboyt 70 MB.

I have updated the firmware on my DVD writer and will try the same job with VSo tonight... and if it is quicker by a decent margin I will buy that!.

Re: .avi to DVD Conversion Software

I use DVDSanta - very easy to use, quite quick as well on my PC.

I've got an old version, so probably doesnt take advantage of 64 bit / dual core fully.

Full movie, encoded and burned <1hour easy
