Personal Organiser / Diary Software

Looking for a simple bit of software to use as a Organiser / Diary.
I know there is Full Blow Outlook but dont have it. Any suggestions ?

I think there's a calender extension for Mozilla it's open source so I guess you could try that.

Be warned though, if you use it for e-mail it's very difficult to get the mail 'back' to put it into something else.
