I installed W2K however when I try and set up an internet connection either via the "referral" method or using an ISP cd the system starts dialling for a while before the system reboots - and goes straight back to the log on screen - I've reloaded ME and can set up connection no problems - any ideas??
You tried setting the conenction manually?
when the connection wizard starts select the "i'll configure" option and then just point it at the LAN.
Obviously won't put you online, but would then let you install your ISP software
Cheers I'll give that a go - need to reload W2K first - probably going to try and make system dual boot so I if it still doesn't work I can still get online and seek help!! Any other ideas for me to try?
