simple 'excel' help ?

Hi,

i want to create a simple table and the on the right is a drop down menu.

and then depending on what the user selects on the drop down menu the table changes..

hope that makes sence, how do i do that again as i haven't used excel like this for years now !

How do you mean by table? What do you want in the table etc etc

What you can do with drop down meus is this:
You can select what data goes into the menu (all the different options). The when you select an option a number is displayed. For example, if you had a drop down menu containing different cars, it could go like this:

Chrysler - When picked displays number 1
Renault - When picked displays number 2
Ford - When picked displays number 3 etc etc

You are able to pick which cell this number is displayed in, so I guess if you were to pick a cell in the table, it changes.

I've done the best I can, but more detail would be nice .
