Win98 Network Shares

I've got a problem accessing network shares from a PC running Win98. It's an Athlon 1GHz with 256MB RAM with a PCI Network Card. It is assigned an IP from my router. Client for Microsoft Networks is installed. It can access network shares on another Win98 PC connected to the network but it can't access any on my WinXP PC. It says "\\XP\Share1 is not accessible. Not enough memory is available. Quit some Programs." I'm usually able to resolve network problems but I'm really stuck with this one.

Thanks! It's working fine now. For the benefit of anyone else with this problem:

Go to registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters

In Windows 2000/XP/2003, delete the IRPStackSize value.
In NT 4.0, create the value if it does not exist as a DWORD and set it to 11 (decimal).
