There are a few sites that specialise in selling domains, but they don't get anywhere near the number of hits that eBay do, so for selling a .co.uk site I'd recommend eBay UK, and for selling a .com I'd recommend selling on eBay.com instead (to maximise the interested hits). To be honest, though, unless you have good stats to show that the domain is already getting a fair number of hits, you're unlikely to get much money for it, if you get any interest at all.

why not post the domain in the for sale area (not sure if its allowed) if its a good domain or one that appeals to people you may get interest here ?
