Eudora 8 problem

Just trying Eudora v8 - so far it's solved the problem of URLs in e-mail not opening in Opera that I had with T'bird.
Trouble is, if there are messages to download, a separate instance of Eudora opens for each message!

Any idea how I can stop this and just have 1 open?

AFAI Eudora 8 is still in Beta - do you get the same problem with Version 7?

Version 7 is the real Eudora (I have v6, but no longer use it).

I looked at the Eudora Forums (for v8) but they're comatose.
