    free development accounts on my win2003 server for all hexus users

    i have a server with win 2003 installed and i thought i would make the access to the server free for development purposes only. the accounts will be power user type accounts. and will tailored to web development. at the moment i do not have much installed but i will install free or open source stuff for users if the ask me nicely pm me if you want an account.

    server is down atm due to a problem almost as soon as i put this message up it went and developed a Problem
