Problem with IE7 opening new windows

    Hi,

When I click a link in IE7 that opens into a new window, or if I shift click a link, it always opens up really tiny (as shown below). It also sometimes happens when opening IE7 from the quick launch bar or start bar.

I've had a look around the settings and can't seem to fix it, I also reset IE7 using the reset button on the Advanced tab and it didn't fix it. Anyone have any ideas please?

Try maximising both windows while they are open, then close both, reopen one again and try a link, this works for IE6, might work for 7, but cant try it as I dont have it installed.

Tried that already. It's what I used to do with FF when the window opened up at a different size, just maximise it, close it and re-open it.

It doesn't seem to work with IE7 though.

Ok try right click the ie icon, select properties then shortcut, where it says run, select maximised from the drop down menu.

That sorted it for opening from the shortcuts, but not when I click on links that open new windows or when I shift click.
