I think its more about how you feel, rather than what you weigh. I don't weigh myself anymore I just eat sensible cut out all the bad stuff, e.g., sweets, crisps, takeaways and fizzy juice. I try to work out for 4 or 5 hrs a week and walk my dogs round the park at my house every day at least twice. Its simple choices that make the difference, but I would avoid the scales as they encourage people to be obsessed about their weight. Nobody really cares what they weigh its just when you begin to get fat we worry so stick to healthy eating and exercise or move about as much as you can and you will notice a difference without using scales.
