N4100+ printing from my Mac

Hello,
I have a USB printer attached to my 4100+ and my windows computer is printing to it just fine. However, there was no documentation on how to properly set up the printer on my Mac so I need help :-(

I'm a Windows sys admin by trade but a total Mac newbie, so this is probably an easy question.
If i 'browse' for a printer by going to the 4100, the printer is not viewable (which I expected).

Help!

If we went setup printer from MAC, please mail to support @thecus.com we will provide the document about Mac OS X IPP Printer Configuration Guide for you.
Also the printer must listed from N2100/N4100/N4100+ Printer Compatibility Report

I did email support@thecus.com but no one sent me the printer guide.
Please have someone e-mail me at charity@venturewise.com.
My printer IS on the compatibility list, and it is working GREAT on my windows PC, but can't get it to work on the Mac.

Hello Yvon,
Thank you for the PDF some months ago. I was able to print with no problem, until recently I have a new error.
I have not changed anything in my network, but now when I try to print from my Mac, the Mac's printer utility says: "Network host '192.168.1.100' is busy; will retry in 30 seconds...." but nothing ever happens. I have the HP Laserjet 1200, which is one of the few approved printers, and nothing (that I know of) has changed on my network.
We are able to print from our Windows computer still with no problem.
