    Migrate Fail - Slow Support

    Hi Folks,

I logged a call with Thecus for my N5200B as i was getting migrate failed everytime i tried to change from 4 drives to 5 drives.

You can see the full details here:-

EDIT I CANT POST URLS.... (its on the Thecus EU forum in the general section for N5200.)

At the same time as posting the thread, on Aug 8th i logged an eticket ref DNF-435873.

I just dont seem to be getting much of a reponse from Thecus. I have received the odd email asking for my conf.bin file and the last update i received was 3 days ago asking for me to make my N5200 accessible over the net.

I did this on the 11th Aug at lunchtime.

Obviously im not keen on leaving the device accessible via the net and had hoped to be able to take it offline later in the day when support had looked at it.

But still over 48 hours later i've not heard back from them, despite emailing them.

Im posting here as ive noticed some Thecus reps do visit and was hoping to push things along.

As things are going i can see me having to rebuild the whole nas and somehow find somewhere to backup over 2tb of data beforehand...

    Any help appreciated.

    Cheers
