Motherboard problem, return exchange?

Hi YOYOtech guys, i bought ABIT IB9 motherboard abour month ago from you, problem experiencing this motnerbaord is double boot bug. During this time I tried evwrything that i can to fix this problem such as different CPU, memory even BIOS update, but no luck.
After having searched on internet, not only me experiencing this problem with this particular model, a lot people.

So wondering is it possible to return this motherboard, get different board within its price range, possibly different model, brand?
