Pre-order guarantee?

If I pre-order an item from Yoyotech is there any guarantee that when the product arrives in stock it will be shipped to me? Or is it a first come first served basis?

I'm thinking that you may be taking more orders than there are enough products going to arrive in your stock. In which case the people who pre-ordered last will have to wait even longer for more stock to arrive after the first batch gets shipped. (Like a pre-order queue for the next batch) However, you could be on an order by demand system so this issue wouldn't arise...

Please can you elaborate on how your pre-order system works?

It's Nov 9th!

You need somewhere on your site telling people how long the queues are, other retailers are now selling the IX38 and I'm tired of waiting, especially when it's obvious this due date thing is a joke. This was hardly the exclusive I was expecting, but glad it's on its way now, praying for no problems with the board itself.
