    Question Processing Times

Last sunday (1st of June) I ordered a new graphics card and monitor from your website for home delivery (order number 16141). Being a sunday, I wasn't expecting much in terms of activity, and was impressed that soon after your stated opening times on your website, that the order had moved into the "processing" stage, and was being processed by Mark. Having read that the shipping method would be "next day" and both of the items I had ordered stating they could be shipped next day, I awaited the arrival of the items on Tuesday. I was disappointed when they didn't arrive, but put it down to ordering on a sunday, and that they would arrive on wednesday: Again, I was disappointed. Its now thursday, and having checked my account, the order is still in the "processing" stage, with no mention as to what is causing the delay. I wouldn't mind the delay if there was some form of notification as to why the order wasn't happening, so any information you guys can put forth would be nice to hear. I also tried the Order Status Customer Services ticket, but that hasn't yielded any response as yet.

    Re: Processing Times

I rang Mark just a few minutes ago and was very impressed with the service I got. Now that I know the delay was caused by ME being an idiot, and not poor service, I'll more than likely be a returning customer. Thanks Kul and Mark et al.
