It would be good if ...

you stocked some different DVD-ROM drives as the one you have got is black and I needed a silver one. I still ordered from you a few items a couple of hours ago but it would have been even better if you have had more choice of DVD drives.

Also it would be good if you stocked more items from the Lian Li brand. They are absolute quality

About some critics that say Scan is best, well, in my own personal experience I would avoid for other more professional retailers like you, Overclockers or Komplett.

    Cheers

i shop at Yoyo Tech as they are the only physical retailer i can go to that i can trust and not be patronised by.

So if you want to be treated like a moron and a nobody feel free to go to Scan, but i am sticking with YoYo Tech

Let's see how my first buy goes with them ... but everything indicates they are "quality"

I don't know where you get that idea? I've used Scan a fair bit (and no I am not a corporate customer - I don't spend that much with them ) and on the occasions I've contacted Scan they've been brilliant - be it on the forum or on the phone (Wesley the Returns Manager was most helpful ).

    Anyhow, lets let YoYoTech respond

OP- Have you tried SpecialTech? - www.specialtech.co.uk - I haven't used them myself, but know several people who have (they have a similar deal to Scan/Hexus with another forum I belong to.)

    Dave

EDIT - must scoff, Overclockers and Professional in the same sentence? Last RMA took 4 weeks to sort (and they lost it in their warehouse...)

I have read "All you need to know about Russkies, Cold Wars, Hot Wars and Hotty-Hotty International Relations" by G.W. Bush and it is a fascinating read !

(worth noting that the colouring in and joint-the-dots sections were particularly captivating)
