    w00t pancakes!! well, pancake batter, smoke and a burnt pan will probably result in some pre bought pancakes, but im gonna try makin them first...

    It's my favourite day of the year.

    Went out especially to get eggs and milk last night for today. There's only me in my house tonight so I'll have to do a whole batch for myself. Oh shame. Prolly have them for brekky tomorrow too!

    Called into a corner shop yesterday for some pancake and batter mix because I'm lazy. They had a two-for-one deal. So I had pancakes with orange and lemon and a shed load of syrup last night. And I will be having the same tonight. Top man, top deal, top corner shop

    strawberries and maple syrup....

    i'm tempted to do something more than lemon + vanilla sugar (waitrose sells this pre-done for 99p)

    and go for something like BBC - Food - Recipes - Banana and toffee pancakes

    Nutella for me

    I've also got loads of jelly babies, mini gems and loads of choccy and sweet stuff so I may just infuse it all and have a hell of a sugar rush before I get to my mates house tonight.
