Hiya,
My expensive (£50 / 430W) Tagan PSU just blew up in my other PC with a VERY loud "pop" noise, and stunk the room out of plastic fumes. I took the DVD Writer out of it and put it in this computer and it is still working, but is it possible that the other parts of the computer e.g. motherboard are broken? The Tagan PSU comes with a 3 year warranty. If they are, is Tagan going to be liable for the cost of these parts? If they aren't, are there any PSU manufacturers that provide this kind of guarantee with their products?
Thanks,
ta2
