....nope!
I placed an order on January 15th at 4pm and received the Stage 1 and Stage 2 emails by 4:15pm with a projected delivery date of January 19th.
At 7pm I got my first ever "Delayed order notification". I wasn't as bothered as some of the Scan customers because I still had some cable to order before I could get on with the installation.
At 10am on January 16th I received the Stage 3 and Stage 4 emails. For an order that was delayed at 7pm, I'm now getting confirmation of despatch with the delivery date the same as before. I checked the attached txt file and saw that nothing was missing and a new item had been added, something I'm sure I didn't order.
At 8:45am today the doorphone at work goes, it's City Link with my Scan parcel - both the parcel and invoice are marked as urgent.
I've just finally broken into the box and everything I ordered is there along with a Skype speaker thingummy.
