    Re: Weight loss exercises?

Well i think lot of people reconmend doing high intensity interval training where you go high then low then high.
So like when your running/cycling go as fast as you can for 1minute or something then slow down for 3 minute rest then do it again.
Repeat the cycle,or just do regular form of exercise where you can sweat from lot of movements,i play badminton and do some regular jogging and biking on top to and i see the benefits from it while lot of my friends are ill and i'm not lol.

It's just about the only diet that'll give you real long term weight loss. There's lots of faddy ways to eat less, but the less extreme the change, the easier it is to stick at it permanently.

    Re: Weight loss exercises?

Well you can't just eat less to try lose weight which is the dumb way and you won't be losing the false fat which is the disgusting part you see and lose essential like water etc in your body.
Just eat smartly and exercise on regular basis and you will see the changes slowly.

    Re: Weight loss exercises?

Running is good, 30 mins at least 4 times a week and some floor work like press ups, sit ups, weights in when your muscles aren't sore! eating: not too much carbs, high protein.

    Re: Weight loss exercises?

I think what you'd probably find super useful (and this isn't an "easy" option but it IS completely doable at home) is the P90x fitness regime. It's rather "American" in style BUT the exercises it takes you though (doable with a chair and either chin-ing bar + dumbells or resistance bands) WILL see you good in very short order.
The package has about 13 dvd's so you need a bit of space you can bounce around and make noise in without pissing other people off, a quick start guide, a diet book (which I guess you COULD semi ditch if you are insistant on keeping your diet as it is) and a gentle push at some of their training supplements (which you can flat out ignore).

At very least i'd say a set of resistance bands and a guide on training with them would help a lot. They are about £8 a set and a damn good alternative to weights if storage space is a bit limited and you have the room to use them.

I occupy an attic room with a roof window and a good strong banister etc around the stairwell so I have plenty of anchor points for bands.

My dinner is : 1 plate of rice+daal+lil bit of chkn curry.

Now, what kind of excercises can I do to get this lump disappear. On top of that, my cheeks look chubby - what can be done regarding this as well?
Not sure if you're still reading but....

....drop the sugar (empty calories) and switch to skimmed (minimal fat content) milk. Go easy on the biscuits.

If you can't cycle (best way to lose weight imho as you have bone support) get a skipping rope. Skipping is intense and convenient; the equipment is cheap and the exercise can be performed nearly anywhere.

Fat loss is systemic; you can't spot reduce a specific area, but you will lose weight evenly throughout your body so your chubby cheeks will recede too unless your bone structure is just made that way.

I lost 2" by just stopping eating white bread, since then I have started using something on the android market called myfitnesspal, watching what I eat a bit more, stopping eating when I'm not hungry as opposed to when I am full or the plate is empty..

    Re: Weight loss exercises?

Yeah bread is full of carbs.

Its not all about doing more excercise, sometimes just cutting out some of the rubbish you eat can do wonders.

Imho, having a good diet is essential to losing weight and works far better than working out.

    Re: Weight loss exercises?

Water was essential to me in my weight loss. Another tip: drink a glass before meals-this will fill up room in your stomach so you will be fuller faster. Besides that just keep your head up and keep hitting the gym! Good luck!

    Re: Weight loss exercises?

Why don't you change some of your diet plan. Try to change some of your eating plan like try something different in place of chicken curry. Because sometimes diet differs a lot. But the breakfast and your lunch is great.

    Re: Weight loss exercises?

Let me make you know that skipping meal is not good for health and is not the right way to be on diet..
You should control your calories intake... and try to burn these calories with the help of some exercise.

    Stretch Mark Prevention.

First of all, anticipate where stretch marks might appear. If you’ve just found out that you’re pregnant, then your abdomen and breasts are the areas to treat. If you or your child is near puberty, then the places to anticipate scars from fast growth are the breasts, hips and buttocks in girls, and the upper arms, hips and thighs in boys.

at least the normal types that are trying to get to the free postage can grasp the general idea behind a thread and even some generic answers can "fit"...
    That, it just brilliant..
