gaining weight is a lot easier than losing it, how much do you want to gain?
what is your idea of 'a person that eats alot'? do you do any sport/exercise/weights?
post your typical daily food intake and perhaps we can help
I know some people who really struggle to put on weight, I hate them for it
Basically more calories, if you dont want to be a porker make sure you are not eating too much crap. But more pasta, more meat etc. Try the mass gainers you get from supplement places - basically protein shakes with tons of extra stuff in there I think?
If you are working out high weight exercises like squats (great way to build mass)
Simple answer: Mcdonalds for Breakfast, lunch, Tea and supper!!
If you smoke, stop.
If you don't work out, work out. Not jogging, weights 'n that.
Eat more grub.

Instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner, have 5 smaller meals instead over the course of the day.

Thanks all for the suggestions! It may be a blessing but sometime its rather difficult to buy clothes and being thin makes you look sick too. I prefer to be average size rather than on the thin side.
