Press Del and load into BIOS, load optimized default. If this is your first boot the system has to be set to defaults. Once done reboot and set your parameters for memory booting etc.
Thats as far as my advice would go till we get one of the Abit Gurus on the forum

Brakim, can you give us a full description of the components in your system?

Also, have you tried building the motherboard up in a minimal configuration (board, CPU/Heatsink, one stick of RAM, graphics card) out of the case on a non-conductive surface?

If not, you should take this step first to rule out a short, hardware conflict or other similar issue.
    BH6, BX6 2.0, BE6, BE6-II 2.0, ST6-RAID, BE6-II 2.0 (again), BD7-RAID, BD7II-RAID, IC7-G, IC7 Max3, AB9 QuadGT, IX38 QuadGT. IX58... Oh, b*ll*cks. RIP Abit

    The error code 7F means:

Switch back to text mode if full screen logo is supported
-If errors occur, report errors & wait for keys
-If no errors occur or F1 key is pressed to continue: Clear EPA or customization logo

7F meens its waiting for you to press del to enter setup or F1 to continue and boot. Looks to me like the display card is not intialising.
