Hi

I am having a horrible time with this computer at the moment. It now appears to have lost my IDE channel for my 2 DVD drives. Checked the bios and restored to optimized defaults still made no difference. Bought 2 new drives. I know there is power going to the drives as the 2 drives got the drive light on but will not open as if the IDE channel has locked them

Any Ideas ? Or it is a RMA job ?
