AN8 32X Problems

Hi. Long story Short, I've been running this board with 3GB of Corsair ram, a Nvidia 7800 GTX, the 3rd eye pro panel thing and things like a couple of hard drives and dvd drives. Worked fine for probably 5 months. Then the operating system screwed up and asked me to re-install it. Probably about a month ago now. But I had exams coming up so I figured I'd leave it until after the exams so it wasn't a distraction. So just come back to fix it now, and the damn thing refuses to turn on. I have stripped everything down to literally the power supply, the ram and the CPU and still no avail. The POST data screen flashes from 01 to 00 when power is initially turned on then when I push the power button on the case it turns to 8.3. and then does nothing else. Wondering if anyone here has some ideas about what is wrong or what I should try doing next.

hanging at 8.3. is almost always a PSU problem.

please post your full system specs.

AN8 32X
Nvidia 7900 GTX
AMD 64 X2 4000+
Akasa 650W power supply
2x512mb Corsair (afraid I don't know the model and have thrown out the packaging)
2x1024mb Corsair (same as above)
Windows XP professional
A 60GB Hard drive + 180GB Hard Drive
Windows XP Professional
No manual overclocking only through the uGuru panel (bay mounted version)

Not sure what else you need as I'm not an expert on computer building and this was my first system.
