I had the same problem with 2 x 1gb ocz gold pc6400 on a Dark Raider

I had to get a 1gb stick of Corsair pc5300 with a 1.8v spec and boot in to change voltage to 2.1v,

Never had any problems after that

I wish that was the case, changing Vdimm to 2.1 has not cured the problem
