    IP35 Pro booting issue

So I've scoured the internet for numerous hours trying to find the exact same problem I have with no luck. Many variations but not that one I'm having. The other day I was tooling around on my PC I don't remember what I was doing but it just powered down. At first I got a C3 post code. I checked for loose connections, took out all the RAM and tried it stick by stick. Tried clearing the CMOS. What has me baffled is sometimes I try and power it on less than a second and it powers back down. Sometimes it will power itself back on but rarely. Sometimes I power it on and it goes to Post code 90. Sometimes it will boot all the way to windows. When it boots to windows it usually doesn't turn off until I play a video or a game. I'm assuming either the MB, bios, or PSU is dying. I'm thinking I can rule out the bios since it boots all the way to windows "sometimes". Or maybe not. Help!

I have checked all temps with speedfan. CPU is running at 10 celcius. etc. The only thing running hot is my 8800GT at 59-60 celcius. But I've heard those run hot as it is. It is not a temperature issue.
