But does anyone know where I can get a new button for my flicky key? Some caveman in the van's past has forced the key shut and rounded off the tabs that give the key it's flicky power It's a Fiat Scudo, which is the same as a Citroen thingy and a Peugeot Expert (I Think).. [cheek mode]even better would be if someone had one lying around that would be amenable to firing it over to me [/cheek mode]

you know the flciky keys, like VW have, where the key bit folds into the plastic bit, and you press a button and the key magically flicks out with suprising force?? well I need the button as mine's broken and has gone limp

Yeah I can get into the key fob - the spring's fine, it just hasn't got much purchase on the key as the square pegs are kinda round looking. I found this out because the spring had been put back into it the wrong way round, so the damned thing flicked closed rather than open when you pushed the button. I'll try and get some pictures when I get home.

try the dealer or nearest scrap yard take the key out and swap over

Damn! had a look and we don't have a key listed.

ake a look at the following JMA Transponder , look for the HU-HAA.TLN and HU-HAA.TLV to see if either looks ok.
