Seen a few of those. There's a 24V 2.9 V6 TT estate on the way aswell (the second coming anyway).
if the barriers are still there take a look on the back of one, you will find the contractors name there. Contact them and claim, if the trench is being dug for a utillity service you will definatly be able to claim on it.
