    Re: Car Showroom v2.1

Hey guys i can finally show my own car after waiting months and turning 18 to buy insurance as it worked out cheaper for me too .
    I got a 2003 or 2004 Peugeot 206 1.1L S model 8v with AC
    Mods:
    Black Bonnet
    Black Smoked Rear Lights
    Leather Steering Wheel
    De-badged
    Wind Deflectors
Front lowered by 2-5mm with stiffer Shocks
JVC MP3 CD Player with Aux in
The changes i have done is change to these black rear lights:

Me neither buddy. Came with the mods on it. Plan on changing a couple of bits:

    Alloys! Awful ones on atm,
    Headlight eye brows... look tacky!
Probs take the meguiars stickers off...

Not got time or money at the moment though so just leaving it for the moment. Will work on it over summer

    Excellent

For me mate it's just the wheels and stickers.

Rest of the car looks mint!! Eyebrows are a bit marmite - some photos look hard some look tacky. Up to you but that change wouldn't be on my todo list.

I see strut brace, induction kit, stainless tubular manifold feeding no doubt a sports cat and exhaust to match.

Overall one of the most underrated family cars around - improved!!!

Cheers mate. Strut brace is standard , cat is just standard, so is the middlebox. Manifold, downpipe and backbox are all stainless steel though.
I might get a stainless custom catback eventually though.

    Re: Car Showroom v2.1

Well hopefully I'll be giving my car a good wash tomorrow and get some photos up, it's had a bit of the bumper knocked out as a result of the frost (silly potholes) but unless you look you can't tell (and it gives me a reason to give it a good clean out & inspect the current speakers about upgrades)

Can't go wrong with an SR20DE with regular oil change, they go on and on and on.

    I won't knock it.
My first 'proper' car (that I bought with my own money, once I got my first decent salaried job in my 20's) was a previous-style Almera SRi, which was 3 yrs old at the time. I absolutely loved it, it handled very well, was 100% reliable in the 2 years I owned it, and equally attracted little unwanted attention.
I'm commenting on an internet forum. Your facts hold no sway over me.

I had a 1.4 Si in the older shape some 5 years ago, reliable old thing that was, till it rusted away.

    My 2000 Audi A4 1.8T Sport

Still filthy on the inside and in need of a few touch ups to the paintwork here and there but otherwise nice and fun to drive compared to my previous cars, and the insurance was even a drop from my previous Honda Accord

Less than 20 mins after I took this it was covered in bird poo

VW Polo G40, 1.3l of supercharged goodness

Had it for a month or so now. It's in good nick and really strong mechanically. Just got a bit of lacquer peel to sort on the drivers rear quarter and some rot on the doors. I've picked up a new pair of doors with Audi A6 handles and dealer fitted electric windows in though
