Bodywork bumper repair - need advice

So my bumper went straight into a wall corner at low speed. The damage is not much but plastic bumper has been pushed in and some met paint has been chipped off. Now I went to halfords and bought the following:

    - Match spray paint
    - Laquer
    - Primer
    - Tcut colour match
    - Body filler
    - Various sand paper grades

Am I along the right lines and how should I progress from here i.e. what order and show should I do thing in. Should I remove the bumper and apply heat to the bumped in part etc. Please advise the order and technique of things.

Chap at work bumped his polo (plastic bumper) was worried as anything about the dent - it was quite big.. anyway, sat in the office having a cuppa and there's this *BANG* from outside.. we all go to have a look and the dent's popped itself out of the bumper in the sun couldn't even see where it'd been dented in the first place!

well if i was u m8 id start with the body filler fill it in as normal till its all filled in obviusly lol
then use the sand paper to sort it all out nice and smooth
u then use the primer to base paint ur bumper then use the matching spray paint ( test it first on a small peice of body out of veiw) after doing that use the laquer to make it shine again ok

then only use the t cut if the couler is noticable if it is u obviusly didnt c heck the couler matched fist gd luck m8
