Xbox 360...where to buy?

Hi all, im new to the forums here,

Can anyone suggest any good places online or in shops that i can get a good deal on an Xbox 360?

im looking to get one but i just dont know where to get a good deal on one

Any help would be great thanks.

I wouldn't get a second hand 360 at Gamestation, they're usually in bad nick and they don't check if they work. I've had two ones that don't work so far already and they refuse to give my money back, they only want to give me a gift card! I've had to go to Trading Standards about it.

This is true, it's the Premium version, not the Core version, however most places have sold out of it as it's the special Call of Duty 3 pack-in set or the Pro Evo 6 pack-in set, which they were just clearing out, rather than a seperately boxed console and game. http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=82693

Wait another month for the soopa doopa black one to come out and then the old white ones will be cheap as chips, and there will be like a milion of them on the second hand market too.

AS greenclaws said, it's not a good idea to trust a second hand 360, they're unreliable as it is, best to buy one brand new and get a full warranty than to buy one that someone may have already treated like crap.

At the minute there doesnt appear to be any outstanding deals, very annoying as i was looking at getting another (sold my first machine after 2 months). The best deal I did see was at play.com a few weeks back, Premium, Entertainment Pack, GoW and C&C3 for £299. Looks like all offers are on hold til the elite hits (£299 at currys using an online voucher)

A lot of the 2nd hand 360s could be black listed on Live as well, its only recently that stores have started checking to make sure their 2nd hand 360s haven't been modded and plenty slipped through the net.
