Check out support pages on xbox.com or just google it. Some stuff can be transferred, other stuff must be re-downloaded.

Why have some people got it but others havent? I'm at my aunts. I can sit around and wait, I gotta go in a bit. Why is it my console that doesnt update. Did it come through straight away or should I leave it one the dash for a bit?

Yeah its more or less instant. I turned my Xbox on at like 10.03am and it took a few seconds to download, and when it restarted it took maybe 10 long seconds to update the system lol. The intro movie is very impressive!
