Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
unless there is some sort of map schedule dude, there wasnt any
i dont know where ground vehicles would be on these maps - there was hardly anywhere to move!
but saying that - these aint the 250+ maps so there's time yet
XBOX: BauerPrime
I'll admit the smaller player maps don't/didn't play too badly compared to my experience of the 128v128 in the closed-beta which was pretty horrendous, but them epic murder fests are what Zipper have been toting all along.

Been playing for a couple of days now and is pretty impressive. First couple of days teething issues as you would expect with a game of this scale but since yesterday looks like the initial connection issues have been resolved - no dropped connections or anything. Just loads of gameplay - and i have today off work, result!!!
Im up to level 5 now - love the large scale maps, and can get some nice long range sniper action going on, going to be tough going back to small 9v9 etc player scale games after experiencing this.
Can anyone confirm if you get to level 10 you can then play 256 player domination maps? Mate has tipped me off that the best way to level up early is to heal/revive team mates, im going to try this more - only prob is that people are in a hurry to bleedout fast to get back into the action
Just played the beta for a bit, it seems like even with the heavy armour on, it'll only take a few rounds to kill me, but i can get many many hits on other players and they won't go down?
Don't know if this is as when you level up you get better guns or if everybody else is using the sniper rifle?
But i hit some guy about 4 or 5 times just for him to get me twice and i died.....
Makes it a very steep learning curve.
The potential is amazing though, gonna put some time in this next week, at least if the postman remains absent with other games on order anyway.
I believe the beta ends/ended last night/today? will check when i get home.
Have to say im really impressed with this title. Got my guy to level 12 in the support tree - so good improved healing. Its a great way to level up the xp fast, i expect many people may choose this class to begin and then respec later - friend of mine has gone full assault on his now (got to level 21)
Despite the sheer scale of the numbers involved it seems to work really well. Has a much better "team" feel than any other recent fps games i have tried - actually helping each other in what ever role you specialise in all helps to complete missions.
This is a day one purchase for me when this gets released.
Finally got to play this at the weekend, I'm impressed actually, very open maps with the option of doing whatever you want but following your squad leaders commands earns you xp, will def get this.
Yeah the beta finished last night/early this morning.
OK got the full game in my hands now, it's been getting average reviews, but i'm willing to give it a go..

I really liked this in the open beta, and i will be buying this for sure (completely forgot its out now as i been so engrossed in Battlefield BC2 since beta started last week. Seems reviews are average to good, this one here seems about right from what i saw in beta giving it 8/10 -> http://www.thesixthaxis.com/2010/01/25/review-mag/
This seems to sum it up well....
MAG demands patience and, for those more used to jumping online and running around mindlessly shooting anything that moves for a few minutes before their ADD kicks in, it requires a change of mindset in order to see what Zipper Interactive are attempting. These are war-games. And the scope and scale of the action at hand in MAG is much bigger and, paradoxically, more intimate than any other FPS on the market.
The real draw for this game is the scale 128v128 is awesome, just imagining what bfbc2 would be like with this many players - (would need serious limit on vehicles though)
MAG = MEH
Found it very average, got to rank 15 unlocked 256 domination, played all modes, it's ok, sniping is the best bit... i dunno, a bit let down tbh.
I wont be spending what little gaming time i get on this.
What with no noise when you get revived (if you get revived)?
Some rounds i've played no-one talks or communicates, so rounds you cant get the yanks to shut up.
