That delay has nothing to do with us (whether there's a knock-on effect), it's only japan that has the delay, so pretty pointless in posting the links unless there are hexites who live in japan.

I posted a link with SCEE comments about it not effecting the European region. Still, It doesn't take away the fact March was annaounced as a release date for Japan and its now been retracted.

What happened to GT? Back in the day I had GT and GT2 and it was a fun game with cars that were fun to drive, then, about 2 years after I got my ps2 I saw GT3 for cheap, bought it, and the cars were slow (it looked like the game was in slow motion or something) and the cars felt heavy, like the pad wasn't working. Are they just trying to get people to buy expensive steering wheels or something? Played this Demo too and it was crap!

I hope its heading that way because personaly the best racing sims are one that plays like crap on a control pad. look at gtr evo and rfactor.

Are you still trying to turn with the D pad? Or just not actually played this?

It's actually pretty good, if you think the steerings heavy you should try with the traction contol off. Great fun

GTR evo is actually fantastic on a control pad (i use the 360 pad), rfactor isn't that great but you can get by well enough.

Yeah I used analog and the d-pad and both were crap, and in the demo you can't change any settings because its supposed to be a time trial so everyone has to use the same settings. I reckon if reviewers just used a pad like 90 odd percent of people this game will get a bad score, its virtually unplayable.

You've obviously not played it, you can change the traction control easily and has a number rating 1 - 10 with a defualt setting of 7.

It's by no means unplayable, and everyone i know that's played it is really looking foward to the full game.

I cannot find the demo on the PSN anywhere (I am in Europe)...really surprised that it isnt really obvious based on the amount of hype!

Once in the PSN,

Go into Latest and it's item 73/100 about 14 rows down

OR

Go to 'All games A-Z' (just below 'latest'), goto G, second row down on very right you have GT Nissan Academy.

You have until 25th January to download it otherwise it'll be gone, once you've downloaded it your be able to keep on playing it past the date.
