for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
It hasn't been fixed - as you point out, like the Zune new year bug, it just meant waiting 24 hours.
Now, the second question is harder - will it happen again? Depends on whether the firmware has any more incorrect assumptions about leap years!
crazy bug! i was going to pop on the ps3 today aswell lol i dont have any trophys though so it wouldnt of been too scary for me. if i had lost my xbox achievements in the same way though i'd go mental lol
well, i switched mine on and no problems here, been scared to turn it on! but really needed a blast on rockband haha

I'm no dev, but how hard is it to code for a leap year case? Seriously? Can't be that hard right? And it was the same chip at the heart of the issue (ARM chip).
