Did you guys test any of the above memory with Gigabyte motherboards?

I got here UD5 and wondering how well would it work with two kits of 12GB each.

Any potential issues I should be aware of?

Spoon, which Gigabit mother is it you have?
Can you also provide a link to where you got the RAM?

Memory came from MoreComputers, slightly under £130 a set.
