I purchased a Corsair H50 CPU Cooler last Thursday from yourselves but unfortunately the pump is making a loud buzzing sound. I have spoken to Corsair through their support forums: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=80917 and they agree that it needs to be RMA'd. Now I was going to RMA it directly to Corsair but have since been told that I should really be raising the RMA with you. Would it be possible to set up an RMA with yourselves? Corsair are offering a brand new replacement, if I RMA with you, can I expect the same?
