Corsair RMA Procedure

Hi. Who handles Faulty Corsair PSUs. Do we bring them back to Scan or get an RMA with Corsair. I read on the Corsair section that you bring them back to Scan. If this is the case then why does it say 'DIRECT' for Corsair PSUs?

The 400w unit has a 3 year warranty Return to base (Scan) all the others have a 5 year warranty return to Scan also.
