AMD have said they wouldn't be doing a gradual release so it could just be Aria only choosing a few models to sell.

True,but I am thinking of how well an overclocked A6-5400K will do. It should not consume too much power being a single module CPU,so you might get away with a cheaper motherboard and a budget cooler. The IGP is probably faster than the one in my A6-3670K,so it could be quite a good budget D3 or Torchlight box IMHO.

Sub £100? Well played AMD - cheaper than almost all the i3 competition, and almost certainly competitive in benchmarks (much better in graphics, obviously).
No question what to recommend people if they want a low cost general purpose computer with some gaming any more. Now let's hope they've managed to make Vishera vaguely competitive with at least the i5 CPUs to get some competition back at both ends of the market...
